Objectives:
- Refinement of a product vision into a set of release stages
- Distilling those release versions into component features, and arranging them in a practical order of development given the client’s constraints
- Defining roles and an operational plan for the client’s team and projecting resource requirements
- Proposing a concrete plan including vendors, budgets, and timelines with which the client could complete the plan
- Crafting an informative and effective pitch for the client to recruit investors and team members to build the product
- Delivering key strategic documents encapsulating the aforementioned concepts, specifically, a Product Roadmap, Business Plan, and Pitch Deck
