  3. Defining roles and an operational plan for the client’s team and projecting resource requirements
  4. Proposing a concrete plan including vendors, budgets, and timelines with which the client could complete the plan
  5. Crafting an informative and effective pitch for the client to recruit investors and team members to build the product
  6. Delivering key strategic documents encapsulating the aforementioned concepts, specifically, a Product Roadmap, Business Plan, and Pitch Deck
